Our services are available to customers in the United States and most international countries, except where prohibited by law. If your country is not supported, checkout will not be available.

At Dortko, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping for every order. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping timelines, fees, and procedures in case of delivery issues.

  • Business days: Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Order cut-off time: 06:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Origin

  • Orders may ship from multiple locations, including the United States and select international fulfillment centers.
  • The shipping origin depends on product availability and customer location.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days from the time of order confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take longer.
  • Customers will be notified by email if any delay occurs.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 4–7 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, customs clearance, destination, or weather conditions.
    Note: Shipping estimates do not include processing time and are not guaranteed. Dortko is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

6. Shipping Fees

  • U.S. Orders: Free shipping.
  • International Orders: Flat rate of $7.99.
  • All shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
  • Dortko is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
