1. Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our products, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you may cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please contact us at support@dortko.com as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you can still return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

Q: How will I receive my invoice?
A: A detailed invoice will be included with your shipment and sent by email for your records.


2. Shipping

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship to the United States and most international countries. If your country is not supported, checkout will not be available.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A:

  • U.S. Orders: 4–7 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after processing.
    Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, shipping is free for U.S. orders. International orders have a flat rate of $7.99.


3. Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) and PayPal. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. Dortko covers return shipping for defective or damaged products.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Approved refunds are processed within 5–9 business days. Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you may checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and save your information for future purchases.
