Return & Refund Policy

At Dortko, we want you to enjoy a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional materials received with the item.

We accept returns for:

  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Non-defective items returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, altered, or misused items.
  • Custom or special-order items (unless defective or damaged).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

2. How to Return a Product

  1. Contact Us: Email support@dortko.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return.
  2. Authorization: We will issue a return authorization number and provide return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Use the original packaging and include all components.
  4. Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Clearly write the return authorization number on the package.
  5. Tracking Requirement: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Dortko is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments if the customer does not use a trackable service.
  6. Inspection & Approval: After we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–9 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
  • Items that do not meet return conditions will not be refunded.
  • Actual refund posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items for a refund and place a new order if desired.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Contact us at support@dortko.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Include clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  • You may request either a refund or a replacement.
  • Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.

6. Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order, email support@dortko.com as soon as possible.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may still be returned under this policy.

7. Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Dortko is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments sent without tracking.
